We reserve the right to reject any order placed through this website for any reason. The maximum purchase per day through this service is $2,500 inclusive of taxes. If your order exceeds that amount it will be cancelled, and you will be notified. The availability of certain items may be limited. Some items may not be available for immediate delivery. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to lack of availability, we may reject your order. Your purchase is not complete until your payment method has been charged and you receive a purchase confirmation message from us. If we attempt to contact you by email, phone or text about an item in your order and you do not respond within 24 hours, we will reject the order for the applicable item.
Please note that if you are using a promotional (“promo”) code at the time of purchase, you may use only one promo code per purchase and individual promo codes may not be combined.
If you proceed to checkout, your payment will be processed through our payment gateway provider. Payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard payment cards issued by financial institutions in Canada or the United States. We also accept PayPal. Payment and checkout functions are hosted by Shopify. Your account and order information will be shared with Shopify and the payment gateway provider to process your payment.
Prices and Descriptions
We rely on retailers for item descriptions, availability, and pricing details. Although we strive to provide accurate item descriptions, availability and pricing information, errors may occur. We do not warrant that descriptions, or other information on this website, are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We do not warrant that the item will be available at the time of fulfillment. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or item descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Your payment method will be charged when we confirm that we are able to fulfill your order. If the price or the description of an item contains errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order, even if payment has been processed, in which case we will refund your original payment method. If we refuse or cancel your order due to price or item description errors, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to place a new order for the item with the correct pricing and/or item description.
Applicable sales taxes on all purchases are added at checkout.
You will be notified when the item you purchased is available for pickup at your selected participating TMarie Linens Shop. Although TMarie Properties Group strives to fulfill orders within 48 hours of the order, delays may occur. You will not be compensated for any delay in fulfillment.
If there is a delay in fulfilling an item, we may cancel your order or contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised pick-up time if and when the item becomes available.
If you do not pickup the items you purchased within 7 days of the date we notify you that the item is available for pickup, we may cancel your purchase and process a refund to your original payment method.
You may return items purchased through this website for up to 7 days from the date we notify you that your order is ready for pick up, except for items sold while on clearance and excluded items. We do not accept exchanges.
All items sold while on clearance are final sale and may not be returned.

Used and damaged items are not eligible for returns. You are responsible for following all manufacturer care instructions.
We will provide you with the retailer’s official receipt. This is for informational purposes only to show that your order was fulfilled through a purchase from the retailer. To return an item you must present the retailer’s official receipt. You must return your purchase at the TMarie Linens Shop guest services where you picked up your purchase. Neither AdeptMind nor TMarie Properties Group will accept returns by mail or courier.
In the event of a conflict or discrepancy between the retailer’s return policy and these Sale Terms, these Sale Terms will govern.
